Updates
• Family School
o Transition team is over. They are extremely agreeable and flexible with regard to master
o We are having a welcome assembly with jugglers, presents and popcorn •

o We are happy with our progress this year.
• Green Team
o We had first meeting with 8 people. We have our second mtg next week. We have an earth tub that
was donated to us and we are going to house it over the summer and figure out how and where to put it
together and hopefully be able to run all the electric off the wind turbines.
o Rain cistern – we would like to raise money to have one and find a company to give us another as a matching donation.
o Looking at wheelchair accessibility for beds
Nominations and Elections
• Lois has offered to be our meeting driver
• Marla is willing to stay on as treasurer
• Mary nominates Marla to be treasurer and it was approved
– Marla is treasurer
• Jeph nominated Shadiin to be secretary and it was approved
– Shadiin is secretary
• A discussion ensued about the job requirements
• We will table the president nomination until next meeting
• Shadiin will inform parents that we are accepting nominations and voting in a president

• Diana discussed her 1st grade yearbook idea and it is being funded through Site.
