* Mission Statement: Before summer, a survey was given to
parents at ATA about the mission statement. We reviewed the comments about the mission statement. We are happy with the new mission
statement.
* Ice Cream Social: Shadiin will email out the list for
volunteers. Janas will make
identifying sticker for the volunteers.
* JARAT: We changed the date to September 29th at
9AM. We sent around a task sheet
and signed up.
Shadiin will invite team leaders to next meeting to discuss field trip details for this fundraiser.
* EOY Treasury report for last fiscal year:
Net balance for 08-09: $2,096.64
Finals funds will be reviewed at next meeting
* Fundraisers: We will decide, per fundraiser, goals so there is no confusion.
* We need a “where does your money go?” pamphlet.
* Working with staff: Is there a way to invite them? Let’s go to staff meeting on Oct 1st. Shadiin will make sure WolfPAC gets on
the agenda. Email Heather or
Ashley to get on the agenda to discuss a partnership with WolfPAC
* Changed meeting to second Tuesday at 7PM of every month.
