JARAT
What: The Jog-a-Read-a-Thon is a successful fundraiser. This year, the funds are going to help fund all student field trips and school art projects and support.
When: Tuesday, September 29th, 9am
Where: The new track at ATA
How: Help before the day (make informational folders, inform teachers, gather supplies and more), help on the day (guide students to the field, help hand out snacks and water, help count laps, and more)
Open positions currently include:
Day of volunteers (help set up, count laps, clean up)
Coordinate volunteers on the day of (help set up, run event, clean up)
Arrange for warm up person
Get cafeteria trays
create huge thank you sign
re-confirm volunteers
label water cups
