The ATA WolfPAC (Parent Action Committee), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and parent-teacher organization (PTO) committed to enriching the school community through communication, support and advocacy.
Everyone in our ATA community is a member, just by being here: family members and guardians of students attending Arts and Technology Academy, as well as the faculty and staff. All members share full voting privileges. There are no membership fees and no participation obligation.

The group must have at least three (3) board members: President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Each elected term is for one (1) year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
Individuals may be voted to serve in a single role no more than two (2) consecutive years.

Be accountable at all times to the organization
Preside at all meetings or assign VP
Coordinate the work of the officers and committees of the organization
Validate off-budget expenditures
Maintain Google Workspace
Be responsible for ensuring the group maintains legal standing with the Secretary of State, Oregon Charitable Division and IRS
Act as aide to the President
Represent the organization as requested
Lead Committees and/or Volunteers as assigned
Record and preserve the minutes of all general and executive meetings
Publish the monthly newsletter and meeting minutes therein
Maintain a current ATA WolfPAC active member list
Post notices to online media outlets
Collaborate with social media and/or website manager
Serve as an authorized signatory on all ATA WolfPAC accounts
Maintain an accurate record of receipts and expenditures to verify against accounts
Present financial report at each ATA WolfPAC Meeting
Manage and Maintain all financial accounts of the group, including a bank account/checking account in good order, money market account, and online payment sources
Disburse funds as authorized by the ATA WolfPAC
Prepare and file such forms as required by the Internal Revenue Service or other tax agencies; i.e. 990's
The scope of these roles may be amended at any time by a sitting board by amending the by-laws with the approval of the general membership.
The Superintendent and Principal are excluded from holding WolfPAC positions.
